Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: July 11, 2026

The short version

Some links on this site are partner (affiliate) links. If you click one and sign up for or buy something, we may earn a commission. It costs you nothing extra — the price is the same as going direct.

What it never affects

We built this site to give straight answers, and money can't buy its way into that. Specifically, an affiliate relationship never changes:

  • The math. Every calculator computes the same result whether or not a partner exists. The numbers are the numbers.
  • Which options we show. We don't hide or reorder results to favour a partner.
  • Which tools exist. We build calculators because people search for them, not because a company pays.
  • What we say. We describe what a partner offers; we never tell you what you should buy or do.

Where you'll see them

Partner links appear in a clearly-labelled box below the calculator and its result — never as a popup, never above the tool, never disguised as part of the calculation. The box always shows the partner's name and a plain disclosure line before any link.

Not financial advice

These are options from third parties, presented for your convenience. They are not recommendations and not financial advice. We are not licensed advisors and don't know your situation — for decisions involving real money, talk to a qualified professional.

Our promise on debt

We will never place a debt-settlement offer. If we ever add a debt-related partner, it will be a non-profit credit counselling service only.

Questions

See the contact email on our About page. If you ever feel a partner link was unclear or misplaced, tell us — that's a bug, and we fix those.
